If your book arrives damaged or there are any other issues, please contact us ASAP at greetings@offbeatbooks.com with a photo of the problem. Once we verify the condition of the item, we will provide you a refund for the item and the shipping cost. Alternatively, if the item is still in-stock, you can request a free replacement.

The return must be shipped within 30 days of delivery to you, and must be shipped with a tracking number. Please email the tracking info and list of returned items to greetings@offbeatbooks.com. Once we verify that the item is in the same condition it was when we shipped it, we will refund you for the item’s cost. We will not refund the initial shipping cost or reimburse the return shipping cost.
